Bed and breakfast

The “Bed and breakfast Silicanum”, is a family-run B&B which is located to the north of the city of Gorizia, in a peaceful area of the local countryside, very close to the hamlet of Solcan (Slovenia), whose name comes from. Actually, Silicanum is the Latin name of the town of Salcano, which was a military post in Roman times.The Bed and breakfast is not far from the river Isonzo, at the foot of Mount Sabotino, overlooking the city of Nova Gorica (Slovenia).

The accomodation consists of completely furnished flats having various sizes. There is a cosy family atmosphere inside them, which will offer you a relaxing and peaceful stay.

The “Bed and breakfast Silicanum” provides accomodation and buffet breakfast with home-made products from our farmyard.
